Conditions of Booking
• Check-in from 2:00 pm
• Check-out by 11:00 am
• Deposit of 50% required to secure the booking. Payment of this deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of our “Conditions Of Booking”.
• Balance of payment is due 3 weeks prior to stay date.
• Four weeks notice of cancellation is required. With less notice, refund of deposit or balance is subject to the cottage being rebooked for the same period of time and the same tariff. An administration fee of $60.00 will be charged for all cancellations.
• Prices quoted are subject to change without notice.
• No smoking inside the homestead.
• Credit cards accepted: MasterCard & Visa (2% merchant fee). Direct deposits available.
• The cottage can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests.
• The facilities available at Possum’s Retreat are ONLY for the guests that are booked into Possum’s Retreat – unless there has been prior consultation with the owners.
• If additional cleaning is required it will attract an additional fee.
• All breakages must be paid for.
• Any washing up or putting away of crockery, glasses, cutlery etc… on your departure will incur an additional charge of $30.00.
• The owners of the property known as “Possums Retreat” take no responsibility for guest’s personal property.
• We regret the need to formalise these conditions and know that for most of our guests they are not necessary.
